I have been looking for weeks at various ways of hosting mp3s without paying or having to worry about bandwidth. Unfortunately, the only types of sites that offer this sort of service for free is ones like rapidshare. Rapidshare has always bothred me because they dont give you a diret download link, the person who wants to download your file has to "wait in line" with rapidshare there is also an hourly limit of how much you can download, therefore rapidshare for single mp3 files is not woth it. After thinking for about it for a while i decieded to just upload 100 mb "sets" of mp3s onto rapidshare. That way its worth the wait and you get about 30 songs. So everytime i upload 100 more mbs of mp3s i'll upload a set on rapudshare you can download. Sets 1 and 2 will be in the following posts.

Right so, I have returned from my adventure up north. It was cool, unfortunately I left my new Jawbreaker cd on the bot and it like melted. Continuing on, the other day at like 8 in the morning my mom got a call saying that there was an "armed and dangerous" man walking around our neighborhood, they said he was about 6 feet tall and skinny wearing camoflauge clothing, the state police failed to inform us why he was "dangerous" or what he was "armed" with. This breifness caused the creation of various rumours throughout the neighborhood, my uncle who had a friend in the know heard he was carrying an AK-47. It was around 9 when my Mum decieded to go get a coffee from one the many local dunkin donuts. As she was drivging she spotted the dude besides not wearing camoflauge he matched the description perfectly and was carrying some sort of handgun. My Mum immediately called 911 they could have caught tyhje guy buit it took them an hour to respond and he got away. It was either early this morning or late last night they caught the guy. How intense.

A couple months ago me and a few friends started a band. None of knew how to play instruments and we only wrote 4 songs(hey thats enough for an e.p), they sucked pretty hard. Anyway our practiceswere like an ADD experience we would go outside and dance around a fire for 4.9 houirs out of a 5 hour practice and play for ten minutes. I'm not sure about this. It's a weird feeling. I've never been in control of a website that I even needed to worry about bandwidth, let alone run out! Anywho, apparently 100.5% of my bandwidth has been used, so that means no more downloads:( That is until June 27. Here's how it works. Every month I get 2gbs (about 2000mbs) of bndwidth. Everytime someone downloads a file from here i lose that files size in bandwidth, once i run out files can no longer be downloaded until the end of the month when i get 2 more gbs. Anyway, I don't have a credit card and i'm not asking my parents to help me buy bandwidth for my "this-could-be-illegal-if-it-wasnt-for-the-fact-that-the-bands-I-listen-to-dont-care". Anyway YOU CAN HELP! How? By donating bandwidth you fool!

Ya ya,
I just got back from a show. It was The Motel Matches, 36 Burnshirt, Hagab the Grasshopper, The Shredding Shoes, String Tea Catastrophe and Mackenzie. It was fairly sick. I missed Mackenzie who opened. Anyway when i got there 36 Burnshirt was just starting, they were good except for that Neil Young cover. Then Hagab played cool acousticy stuff, followed diretly after by the Shredding Shoes, they had like a posse with them and all the girls were wearing Casualties shirts that said "For the punx", the only rebellious thing about the Casualties is their ddamned spelling. Besides that i consider them uber generic along with every other band that uses the word "punx", If the only way your gunna "rebal" at least be creative, when I start a "rebel" band i'm gunna spell punks: "flimgsq". Then people will go wow you guys are so "flimgsq" and i'll be like "ya" as a i put up my mohawk before going to sing an antifashion song. Yarr sorry bout that but those shirts have always pissed me off, I saw this one girl when i was in Florida wearing a "proud to be punx" shirt] more like "proud to be generic" amirite? Anyway not to hate on these kids but they're not rebelling thy're not anything significant, as harley flannagan put it "hardcore is dead, the world needs a new kick in the ass" (thats not the exact quote i dont feel like looking it up write now). Mike Ness also said something along the lines of, "Kids these days dye their hair all these colors and thats cool, but when i was a kid it meant sometjing i took beatings so you can dye your hair blue, i go into a bar and peaople think they invented this stuff, i hope they know they're not doing anything differnt". I mean hair dye is cool, mohawks are cool, but its not "rebellious" or "offensive" to anyone.
Continuing about show, The Shredding Shoes where good, and their "posse" seemed cool too i just don't like the causalties. After them was The Motel Matches, Dont remember how many songs they played but it was awesome. At the end me and Super Jew had a force battle it was intense. The last band was String Tea Catastrophe they were a cool bassy type band it was cool, i think they should have played earlier on instead of being last.
In closing, tonite was cool. I got the Shredding Shoes e.p. "The Birth of Ivan 3" and i'll review it tomorrow or sumtime, it was only 2 bucks defintaly worth it.
Also wheni got home i had an email from Tesco at 100records sayingi got like 120 hits from his site or suumthing and low and behold i looked at my bandwidth and it went way up. Of course 119 of these 120 people are probably "punx" and will read this ad never come back.
Also, I meant a judge he taught me how to get out of trouble with ccops and all this junk, but thats a different story.

Item 1: I havent updated at all this week cuz the blogspot serv er was down a bunch and when it was final up i wrote like a 3 page post and it all got deleted before i could save it. Installing a paranoia in me which will make me now save every 5 minutes.

Item 5: I generally don't like to hate on indie bands but this band has to be the worst band i have ever heard. I've Been Shot. Their singer sound like one of those tortured pigs yyou always see in those vegan commercials. The worse part is that they associate themselves to the greatest movie of all time: ANCHORMAN. whats wrong with these people. Maybe the band is just a joke. But i dont think it is. :( i cry for society.

Item 6: Every once in a while I download some home made video games i keep maybe 1 out of every 20. Anyway on like wednesday i was browsing through the game maker community when i found the game "Stickman Racing". It's really good but very short the guy said hewas making some new levels soonthough so i will keep this updated.

Item 7: Feeling inspired by Stick Racing i'm working onremaking and mproving all my old games cuz they got delted on my old harddrive when the computer crashed.

Ya my amps dead. So i have a really crappy acoustic guitar im using the strings go a good centimeter off the fretboard i decieded i might actually laern how tyo play some songs im doing some uber easy lessons online right now. The problem with listening to only hardcore/punk music is that the guitar parts are really lame by themselfs so unless you have an entire band to play with who appreciates the same kinmda music as you its useless. So whenever i try to take these lessons online i getted bored cuz its not my kinda musiic i am learning.

I waited all week for this weekend and its probbly gunna suck a lot. The first 3 hours havent been promising. My guitar amp is dead... I tried fixing it and electrocuted myself again. The thing wasn't even turned on which makes me further question wether i should even try fixing the thing. Its like 40 years old. Its time for a new one. But i do not have the means. I have devised a brillant scheme though.
We have these two massive speakers in my attic that no one uses any more. I have a cassette deck also. I am gunna hook my cassette deck to the speakers then using one of those things that adapts cd to cassette i will hook my guitar up!

Anyway yesterday i was feeling inspired and woke up at 7 (partially due to my neighbors drilling something) and watched DECLINE OF WESTERN CIVILIZATION!!!(DANANANA in background). So ya purely awesome... first it starts off with Black Flag featuring their best singer Ron Reyes (Chavo). But ya you have to see it! Based on the interview Henry Rollins did with Penelope Spheeris the DVDs will be released within a year or two. Its been almost 24 hours since i started downloading Decline... and im 93.6% there so Misclose unfortunately i probly wont get till watching it till tuesday unless i feel inspired and wake up early tomorrow to watch it before the festivities. And i taped Henry Rollins last night and only got to watch the beginning . His teing off part is awesome ill prolly watch the entire thing tomorrow. SICK!

Why would anyone ever upload half a move??) and i was uber dissapointed by the Germs segment cuz i had heard that they were wicked good (from like literally every movie/book/interview i have ever read on punk). I just got one of these for my guitar its the Danelectro D-3 FAB Metal Effect Pedal it was wicked cheap and sounds wicked cool cuz now i can play black flag and reagan youth songs. I imagine its pissing off my parents alot cuz it makes my guitar way louder and screehier... making it awesome. I might record versions of fix me by flag and dengenerated by reagan youth later. A couple of weeks ago i sat down and decieded I needed to be an informed citizen of the U.S. since there is a war currently going on I thought the first thing i should do is educate myself about it. So I quickly ran to the kitchen where the newspaper was, the newspaper was turned over on the back, assuming that news about the war would be front or second page I flipped the paper over and was shocked at what I saw: A QUARTER PAGE PICTURE OF THE MYSPACE LOGO AND THEN NEXT TO A HALF PAGE PICTURE OF A KID 'BROWSING THE NET'! I was expecting bloody soldiers or news on the war but no there was a massive frontpage story on the dangers of myspace.com Yes! Myspace it's dangerous! Or at least thats what the article was attempting to convince me. Ok! i started using the internet when i was in 3rd grade around the time INSTANT MESSAGEING was becoming popular and guess what parents and the media and everyone was scared of it! "WATCH OUT YOUR KID IS GUNNA GET RAPED" then a little bit after IM came chat rooms which were even more dangerous because umm... no one actually got that far the bottom line is they were dangerous. Then came message boards and all that stuff leading up to sites like myspace.

Now before the internet perves and rapist would find victims by picking up some random kid and rape him/her. Now this is really bad I mean come on the kids really had no bway of preventing this but now with the internet rapists are going on line and getting kids adresses and hunting them down and raping them. This is natural selection at work a kid who is unitelligent enough to not know that putting your adress online is like saying "come rape me" should be the one who is getting raped not that random kid who wsa just in the wrong place at the wrong time. NOT THAT ANYONE SHOULD BE GETTING RAPED.

In conclusion, all of the myspace crap is pointless exageration tell your kid not to put his adress online etc. and let that be it. It's just getting annoying now. In a couple of years just like IM, chat rooms and forums, myspace will be forgotten and parents and teachers will be attempting to crimnalize a trend.
and on a final note if you are telling your kid not to go on myspace because he/she might get raped you may also wanna stop going to catholic churches.

You always here people talking about the dangers of guns and why they should be illegal. People say things like if guns were illegal then criminals wouldn't be able to have them making the world safer. Unfortunately ignorant citizens most criminals do not go and get their gun license then go to a store and buy one... There's this thing called the black market where for much cheaper than getting your gun permit and buying a gun you can get a gun. With no permit, no license, no nothing. So all the illegalization of guns would do is make criminals have the upperhand when breakikng an entry, murdering someone etc. etc. Some people say well cops would still have guns and even with the black market it would still be harder tyo get a gun. If cops only hads guns they would feel like they have more power than they already have. Therre isn't really any police corruption aroumd here but seriously there is in a lot of other places would you want these people being the only ones to carry guns? I'm not one of those people who thinks everyone needs a gun, if you don't believe in them don't buy them but leave me alone.

99 releases after The Teen Idles "Minor Disturbance" e.p. (DIS 1), Dischord has release The Teen Idles anniversary e.p. A couple of months ago I bought it by mail
order in 45 format, a couple of months ago I didn't own a record player, now I do so today finally got to hear it. Starting off although it's slowing than "Minor Disturbance" I would say it's much better. It starts off with the instrumental "Adventure", "Adventure" is, in my opinion, the best song on the record. It reaks of what would someday be Fugazi and I think it sounds a lot like "Number 5". Anywho since I just got a turntable I kept forgetting about the rpm adjustments, the first time I listened to "Adventure" it was at 33 rpms and it still kicked ass! Moving on, the next song is "Teen Idles" Nathan misses a couple lines but it's still an okay song, it has Ian doing background vocals too. Third song is "sneakers" mediocre punk rock type song. "Trans Am" is my second favorite on the e.p. its a song about a dude whes obsessed with his car. Cool, eh? The e.p. end with the two songs "Fiorucci Nightmare" and "Getting in My Way" fused together. "Getting in My Way" is the most angry and intense song on the record so its a good way to finish. Although this record isn't as fast as "Minor Disturbance" I would still say it's much better. If its speed your worried about just turn it up to 78.

Yesterday i was browsing as the internet as i do looking for things that anger and me and guess what i found! This piece of human crap:

Okay so now this starts. Right here: What really disturbed me wasn't what she was saying but what the signs say. "God hates fags", "thank God for dead soldiers" what is wrong with these people. God loves people he does not hate them. I have never read the entire bible but I am fairly confident there is something in that book about God loving all. Ok also whats with her and her hating Jews, Catholics and "Fags"? I thought they were like perfect Christians,
the verse Matthew 5:44 "Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you." comes to mind. What is wrong with these people this is religious fascism and hipocrisy at its greatest.
